Super Rhino Hero Battle! We got a copy at UKGE too, it's great. And we also got Kingdomino.

There was a lot of Cthulhu gaming at UKGE. I played 3 session of 7e and ran one for Trail.

However next year, the hotel we were in is £110 more expensive for the 3 days so we booked somewhere else. Yes, we've already booked.

Rhino Hero does sound fun! Now awaiting the inevitable Cthulhu supplement. 😉

Aye, accommodation can be an issue, we also had to stay further out when we went last year, and £110 more for 2019? Crikey.

    [Update]

We had such a nice time at Geek Retreat, we'll be trying it out as an alternating 2nd venue for NfP.

In Reign of Terror the ghoul (Guillaume) makes references to his forays into the Dreamlands, so I think there may be a physical way there via the catacombs. You could certainly run a crossover of those two settings. Dreamhounds of Paris for Trail of Cthulhu might be a little handy for that, particularly if you want to use the 1920s somehow as well.   The Dreamlands is vaguely medieval/renaissance, but also has Victorian, ancient, and even Edwardian aspects.   I have run a Dreamlands-intensive game, with a Cat of Ulthar as a PC.

How have other keepers used the Dreamlands in their campaigns? I’ve been reading about the setting quite a bit recently since I’m a fairly new keeper. I just introduced a couple of investigators to the Dreamlands via a recently deceased NPC. Currently I am running the Auction and from there it’s on to HotOE. I know there are a couple of scenarios in HotOE involving the Dreamlands. I’m interested to know if some of the optional scenarios could be introduced using the Dreamlands as well.    From what I could tell so far the Dreamlands seem to be a medieval type world. Has anyone ever ran it as something else? Could Reign of Terror be set there possibly? How about investigators access? Is it a simple dreaming skill roll to gain access to the world of dreams or is it more complicated?    Its stated several times to make the Dreamlands your own, I’m just looking for a frame of reference.

This project is still being slowly worked on... (I have contractual writing that takes precedence). May be finished next year. The Silver Twilight is in it now...
