Thank you, Bill and Butters! It's very cool of you to make your suggestion. The DriveThruRPG links are now live; PDFs of both the Sassoon Files and the add-on scenario Brother of Jesus are available. We really appreciate your support and encouragement, and we hope that you will fully enjoy the campaign.
My players who have claimed portions of the Simulacrum, have found themselves in the dreamland with that part of their body replaced with a hollow, ceramic-ish version, representing the attachment they've made to the item.
(It's got no in-game effect, but there's a degree of concern over what'll happen when the character with the torso enters the dreamlands next, and what'll happen to whoever claims the head. If they were Really clever, they'd worry about whether the limb will come back once they destroy the Simulacrum).
The fact that it's already represented means they've never asked about whether they can also bring the waking world version over, and has also helped to drive home quite how big a deal their attachment to the item is.
After some testing this is what I ended up doing. Art and Craft are occupational abilities. The listed specializations are pre populated, but they can be changed if needed for a particular character.
Argh, bug. It is on the list and will be fixed soon.
