The Chinatown Death Cloud Peril

Having just finished reading it, I wanted to praise Paul Malmont's The Chinatown Death Cloud Peril to you all. Without giving too much away, it is a meta-pulp, envisaging some of the great Pulp authors of the 20s and 30s (and beyond), including Walter Gibson (The Shadow), Lester Dent (Doc Savage), L Ron Hubbard, Bob Heinlein, and the corpse of H P Lovecraft, becoming entangled in a pulp mystery themselves, connecting Lovecraft's death to the civil war in China. Well worth a read.

I concur. Very nicely written and doesn't get overwhelmed by its central conceit.
