The following video is from a Crypt-zoology forum in 2008, it is well worth watching, for the following information that could be useful in British scenarios:

1) How to find a Will if you need it.

2) What makes a Trust legal & who gets it if it is not legal...

3) How to find someone if all you have is a name and what they do...

The book that gets mentioned in context with this is called "Final Events" by Nick Redfern, it might be worth tracking down for inspiration.

The latest episode of the Monster Talk Podcast, is a discussion of the recently released book 'Spooky Archaeology' with it's author, Jeb Card, the main focus of the episode is the chapter dealing with the links between H.P. Lovecraft, the story, The Call of Cthulhu and King Tut's Tomb, there is a lot of very interesting discussion on the speculated origins of The Call of Cthulhu and why it represented a real watershed in HPLs fiction.

Episode 161: The Call of Tut-Thulhu

I will note here that the episode does contain the occasional swearing (so NSFW or small children) and the discussion of concepts that may cause the overly sensitive to freak out.
