Recommended Posts

Within the month for PDF.

We are faffing around with the back cover layout, ISBN numbers, amended character sheets, etc.

Adam, is there any news on the other future Sixtystone sourcebooks, particularly Fury of Yig and Colonial Lovecraft Country?

Or any of the other ones, because they all sound great.

After 'Investigator Weapons' will be 'Lost in the Lights' by Jeff Moeller, followed by 'Ghouls: Eaters of Death' by Dan Harms. This is all PDF so far. Paper publication by Chronicle City will follow later this year.

Colonial Lovecraft Country will be going to second round playtesting, once the feedback from our primary playtester has been incorporated.

Fury of Yig is still in development.

HTH.

Great news about your partnership with Chronicle City.

In the meantime, I have had the pleasure to read Lost in the Lights and if you are looking for a contemporary mini-campaign that you can use for Cthulhu Now as well as Delta Green, then I thoroughly recommend it. The mini-campaign is built around a really difficult foe and involves a lot of hard challenging investigation.

I'll second that. Lost in the Lights is well thought out and presents some... unique hazards for the Investigators. I would advise them to eat plenty of seaweed...

Thirded. Sounds like a match made in Carcosa if ever there was one.

I wonder if we should use that quote on the back cover... : )

Count me in as another PDF purchaser (hoping it'll help you finance the book).

I'm kicking off three Classic 1920s groups in the next 6 weeks and am hopeful this PDF is released by the end of the month.

After missing their announced December 2011 and then end of February 2012 targets, probably reluctant to disappoint with another projection. We'll just have to keep our fingers crossed that this PDF comes to fruition "soon".

Yes, sadly, the roleplaying hobby industry is a bit like that... If only more publishers could do this full time and not between day jobs, the washing up, and other real life demands. Then again, at least it is coming out and the author is very hard at work on the second volume as I post this.

It's only the 1st March. If this was the 31st March you might have a point.

All I can say is the release is imminent.

You crafty old wordsmith, Adam. So it's "jutting out" or "overhanging" then?

Figures :)

Just had a quick look at the first volume. Very neat. Very tidy. Very useful.

The proofing file has gone to the layout wallah for final corrections to the text.

This is the second to last phase to go, the last being bookmarking the PDF.

Almost there.

In the vicinity of $16 or thereabouts. It hasn't been finalised. It may well be cheaper but not more expensive.

HTH.
