August 2015. A Russian submarine is lost in mid-Atlantic. The CIA's newest DSRV goes in to see what can be salvaged. A purely routine operation...

Helen and I stopped by Jodrell Bank and tried out the Whispering Dishes. See how they work. See The Silver Lodge for a video report.

We're running our "March into Madness" Patron Drive at the moment, which lists some of the new things we have for Patrons, including the results of the Unseen Masters LIVE transmission.

Due to increasing costs we're having to raise our base-level patronage for new sign-ups after this month (a small bump, our first in 10 years and still less than inflation), so now's a great time to take up patronage and help support us.

Not everything we offer Patrons is listed here, nor is everything to be found in the respective Files section (which currently references some 800 dedicated items) but it's a good indicator. In the future I'll post to this thread on a more monthly-ish basis, but if you want to keep an eye on things in the meantime then feel free to browse the Patron Files section - again, it's not everything....

If you do use "Olde Yoggie" and would like to see us continue beyond our current 18 years, then YSDC Patronage is a great way to do that. Meanwhile I'll leave you with a short video clip from last Saturday's live transmission of Unseen Masters. ;-)

Thank you.

This and more are offered as a token of thanks to the Patrons of Yog-Sothoth, without whom we couldn't be here. Thank you.

Here's an audio version of our monthly(ish) YSDC Patron newsletter.

While the text version is available to Yoggie Patrons the audio version can be picked up by anyone (and is on our podcast feeds). The MP3 file is chaptered so you can skip to segments, follow links and view images if you're using a compatible podcatcher like Overcast. You can pick them up on Yoggie's podcast feed.

The Inquirer is only about 5 minutes long. :-)

In the future I'll probably not include chapter/links and images inside the MP3 as it increases the relative file size considerably!

Got some "3D Glasses" lying around? Did you know we also produce videos in proto VR180 format? Here's a Patron video example of Chris Birch from Modiphius talking about Achtung! Cthulhu.

(You can switch it all the way up to 3D 8K [4320p]. View in a YouTube mobile app. for true stereoscopic viewing.)

Look out for more YSDC VR180 productions in the future.

More of nameless is now available to Yoggie Patrons, this time we're playing @Karloff's terrific scenario:

Quote

"Praise be to Her!" is the last thing Bigsby says. But who is Bigsby? What does he want? Why would anyone want to kill him?

These are the questions that must be answered, and quickly. Else one may find out exactly what's hiding behind the Green Door...

I feel I can legitimately say Adam's scenario is terrific as we're actually playing it - and it definitely enters into the weird.

More Bigsby! Part 3 is out for Yoggie Patrons. Things become increasingly surreal in this highly regarded scenario by @Karloff.
