This article presents The Flapper as a new character occupation for 1920s Call of Cthulhu games. Because Flappers aren't occupations as such, they are treated as supplementary occupations that a character has in addition to their primary occupation. They receive a bonus to APP, but must spend points from the occupational skill point pool on certain pre-defined skills.

In addition to presenting mechanics for Flapper characters, the article also presents material about the cultural phenomenon of the Flapper, giving details on its origins and impacts on the fashions and attitudes of the 1920s.
