Commenting on the similarity between this scenario and a similar scene in Horror on the Orient Express, the author states that this scenario was written first.
This scenario is suitable for beginning or experienced Keepers and investigators.
This scenario requires that the Keeper run several NPCs more or less concurrently; something some Keepers may enjoy and others, not so much.
This scenario can easily be inserted into a longer campaign, as something that happens when the Investigators are travelling from one location to another.
