One Night: Cthulhu Mega Adventure
One Night' was a proposed "mega-adventure" supplement for Call of Cthulhu. An advertisement appeared in the 1989 Summer Product List from Chaosium, seeking confirmation of interest in the product. It was planned to include cassette tape audio clues, artefacts and physical clues for the adventure.
There were apparently two reasons why the product never appeared, the first being a lacklustre response from potential customers. Moreover, because of the "Satanic" scare in roleplaying at the time, there was concern within the industry that a product containing cult paraphernalia would cause further outcry.
