Both these products are compendium's which collect together all three parts of the Nocturnum (Campaign) which was previously published in separate books: Nocturnum Book One: Long Shades, Nocturnum Book Two: Hollow Winds, and Nocturnum Book Three: Deep Secrets.
The "Nocturnum: Master Collection" is simply a bundle which includes the three original books (in their initial form) plus a custom Keeper's screen.
"Nocturnum d20" is a conversion of the full campaign to the Call of Cthulhu d20 system which also brings the entire campaign into a single book.
