Hallo guys, i read the old expansion Blood Tide and i'm a bit disappointed. It is another game system, too much complex and tied to old edition of CoC. There are no references to chtulhu mythos.

I'd like to make a new sourcebook nearest to 7ed of CoC. I think it should have an easier system: new reputation, naval fight, magic, and money systems.

Who does want help me?

This might be something best imagined as a companion to the Colonial Era setting whenever it comes out. They take place in roughly the same era.

There IS such a book already written. Unfortunately, like the CoLoCo series it is still awaiting publication.

I'm not crazy waiting for Chaosium...

And Blood Tide is ugly... more complex than d&d...

Would it be an enormous pain in the ass to convert Blood Tide to 7e?
