Does anyone know any good places for readily accessible Cult Chanting?  Cthulhu or otherwise?  Or really neat-o monster sounds?  I'm trying to chase them down but keep finding stuff that doesn't work on Youtube -- namely Gregorian chants.

You can find all sorts of sound effects and music on SoundDogs (http://www.sounddogs.com/). I used a bunch of them in Zombie Apocalypse. They'd be expensive to buy, but they're free to preview.

Zombie Apocalypse: A Blood Brothers style play-by-post forum-based RPG using CoC rules
Space Oddity: Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes/Call of Cthulhu in 1969 Philadelphia
The Terror Out of Time: Classic Doctor Who meets Call of Cthulhu in 1930 London

I wonder if you couldn't play around with some of the files found on Sacred Spaces and get something. That suggestion made, I don't know and thus can not recommend how to manipulate/distort/change sound file.  I do beg you PLEASE do not just play them straight.  It is not at all what the person who collected them meant them for.

There is a clip on YouTube called "Yog-Sothoth Summoning Chant."

I don't know who the originator is.

A while back I used some files nabbed from SoundBible to put a track together for the Edge of Darkness monster. They seem to be mostly licensed with Creative Commons of one sort or another. The download link is slightly confusing – on a sound's page, click the mp3 or wav icon to download, ignore the big green 'Download' button.

And then there's this commercial, atmospheric stuff

There is the "The Invocation" to Yog-Sothoth intro from the Morbid Angel demo album Abominations of Desolation....

In the same corny spirit as the Sacrifyx bit from the film The Gate....  That sort of thing must have been part of the metal-by-numbers rulebook for 1980s death and black metal.  Deicide's Legion, Sepultura's Bestial Devestation demo, Destruction's Sentence of Death, Sarcofago's EP contribution to Warfare Noise, and Fields of the Nephilim's Zoon (and "Venus Decomposing") had similar (but shorter) intros/outros/interludes, and I'm sure there were others that I've long forgotten.  The Abominations of Desolation intro linked to above was probably the closest thing to what you're looking for, in any event.

You might try something like Wardruna as well - they do some sort of Neo-Pagan/Neo-Folk thing full of chants in dead Nordic languages and such set to music played on obsolete musical instruments.  That's probably not quite what you were hoping for, but maybe still useful.

The original Quake video game soundtrack was full of weird noises, including whispers and chants, recorded over ambient/industrial noise.  In that same vein, there are the Dungeon Keeper and Diablo soundtracks, which sometimes include some chanting among the weird ambient noises....

You might also get quite a bit of mileage from the soundtrack to the original entry in the Sinister series of films - the ambient tracks from the likes of Ulver and Aghast included some really, really weird vocalizations....

Here some audio I used as unearthly chanting. If my memory is correct the sound is of a cat.

While I think that mostly including sound files for monsters could easily end up be a bit lame (i.e. having a Hunting Horror roar like a mountain lion), sometimes if it's a persistent noise I think it'd add to the ambiance.  Think of having hushed conversations while zombies moaned outside....  Think of opening a certain pit in Masks of Nyarlathotep and hearing the noises below.  Also think of creatures that make persistent noises like Tekeli-li-li (sorry if I misspelled it, been awhile) or the Flying Polyps sounds that could rise and fall as they approach or move further away.  I think that could really add a lot!

Unfortunately I haven't found anything yet.  What have you guys used?  What might you use?

Look toward Mathias Grassow's collaborations with people like Jim Cole. Honestly, Grassow with anybody is fantastic CoC gaming music.

At the start of Episode 75 of the HP Lovecraft Literary Podcast is an excerpt from the Whisperer in Darkness.
