The Quest of Frankenstein by Frank Schildiner sounds like fun:

World War I? Herbert West? Frankenstein's Monster on a quest to clear the Earth? I think those are the ingredients for a good, pulpy campaign, allowing a bit of a break from utterly cosmic horror.
