Perhaps a Clue-like scenario involving a mansion, strange murders, clues the investigator has to search for all while being hunted by someone or something in the house.
I am drawing a blank.

Can't think of a published scenario fitting that per say, but found these:
This link is to a zip file for a Cthulhu Live script that is similar. (This is in the Internet wayback machine so may take a minute to pull up)
Another one from the wayback machine called Five Go Mad in Wales.
I can't think of anything that comes off as particularly "Clue-like," but "Mr. Corbitt," from Mansions of Madness does start with the PCs eating dinner at a friend's (one of the investigators') house. The dinner party comes to a quick halt, though, when the friends notice the rather, ahem, odd behavior of the gentleman across the street.
For the strange murders thing, the same book has "The Sanatorium," where the investigators are invited to stay on an island as guests of the sanatorium's owner, only to find him dead and the patients running free. Someone stalks the patients and, if necessary, the investigators.
As for being in a mansion and trying to find clues while something hunts you, the same book again has "The Cracked & Crook'd Manse," which is perfect for that kind of thing.
So, yeah, I can't think of any that fit all those criteria, but each of the above scenarios fits SOME of your criteria. You should get Mansions anyway, there's not a bad scenario in the bunch and some of them are downright brilliant.
Legs, yes. Bowtie - cool. I can buy a fez.
Not exactly a "dinner party" (more a garden party) ... but the excellent Chaosium Monograph Gatsby and the Great Race might fit the bill.
(If you want to read a Keepers-eyes-only synopsis of the plot, there's one written up on this CthulhuWiki page: http://www.yog-sothoth.com/wiki/inde...%28Scenario%29)
