I'm guessing you are talking about the series of "Colonial Lovecraft" books in the Sixtystone Press pipeline. You can find all the currently-public information (mostly from press releases) about these books on the following CthulhuWiki pages:

Sounds like these books will be fiilled will loads of Kevin-Ross-goodness plus input from several other great writers ... so I'm REALLY looking forward to these books. BUT, at the moment there's no real sign as to when any of this stuff will materialise.

As far as I know the material is still going through its second play-testing phase. I'm also eager to pick up at least the core setting book.

In the mean time, I've already seen Rogue Games' French and Indian War for Colonial Gothic available in some places, which also moves the setting to an era before the American Revolution.

Due to NDAs, etc. all I can say is that the material is going through a playtesting phase at the moment. I believe it is the 2nd playtesting phase. There is some very good stuff in the material, including several adventures from other familiar names other than Kevin Ross.
