    No shipping is not included.
    But if you buy one item you pay only 15 Euro Shipping, if you buy to ore more, then shipping is included until January, 31 (2012).

    You can buy the box from the HPLHS web site for $300 (excluding shipping).

    I don't know the price for the shipping and it might be that you have to pay customs for it as well (at least I had to). But it can be a good reference.
