I'm all caught up on the Skype of Cthulhu episodes. While the Invictus setting didn't really interest me when I heard about it, the actual play is making it more appealing.

I am glad you like it. It is a whole different thing than the classic CoC. When I read Invictus I fell in love with the idea of the game, and after MPR released Lurco I decided to ask the guys if they wanted to play it, mainly because it is so well written and well researched, that it really feels like a great story to be part of. I have a lot of fun, and I really hope the rest of the guys are having as much fun as I do, we will see. I think that the more we play the more we feel comfortable playing in Rome.

I just started listening to episode 46 and Jim is really hard to hear. Is that just me/my equipment or is it like that in the sound file?

Hard to tell, trevlix. That is the Robinson Gruesome episode, even though one can hear Tony better than Jim, I can still hear Jim fine through my iPhone speaker.

The group is scattered and on the run from the authorities. But there is still dark work to be done.
