 We recently showed the cover for the planned Yoggie 10th Anniversary DVD Lovecraftian Tales from the Table: Horror on the Orient Express & The Masks of Nyarlathotep.
Well, we've now started up a Fundable fundraiser to get the DVD made. Pledges act as a pre-order for a successful fundraiser, and we're offering a number of extra goodies for those taking part, including your name on the DVD!
So if you'd like to take part and support the creation a quite unique product, pledge at the YSDC Fundable page!
The nature of Fundable means that if we don't reach the target amount, all pledges will be cancelled.
The fundraiser will run until 9th October, 2008. Below are further details of what is planned for the DVD release.
LOVECRAFTIAN TALES FROM THE TABLE: Horror on the Orient Express & The Masks of Nyarlathotep will be a unique item. A Dual-Layer DVD-ROM containing both of the Call of Cthulhu audio game campaigns from Yog-Sothoth.com.
This Fundable fundraiser is being made to cover the costs of production of the Limted Edition DVD, with it we can produce the following:
Dual-Layer DVD-ROM (stamped from a glass master, not burned) which will include:
Both HotOE & Masks games at the highest quality MP3s available (128K 3D Binaural & 64K mono respectively). More than 130 hours of entertainment audio.
Interviews with the game and adventure developers including Sandy Petersen (author of Call of Cthulhu), Greg Stafford (founder of Chaosium), Charlie Krank (Head of Chaosium), Larry DiTillio (author of Masks of Nyarlathotep) and members of the Cthulhu Conglomerate (authors of Horror on the Orient Express). Along with Lovecraftian writers and scholars such as Ramsey Campbell and S.T. Joshi.

A credit on the DVD itself for helping to produce it.
Pledge includes cost of postage & packaging.
Why Produce such a DVD?
The online versions won't be available forever (of lower quality and Masks will likely go off general release towards the end of 2008). This is a way of achieving a degree of permanence and having a physical item we can use to help promote roleplaying games as a fun hobby activity. We aim to send the disc out to a wide range of reviewers and to get it on bookshop shelves if we can.
