Has anyone bought this monograph and willing to share impressions? Is it absolutely tied to the 1920s or could it be used for Gaslight?

I just got my copy in the mail yesterday, but I hope to have some time to go through it tomorrow. I'll post an initial impression based on my read through at some point.
