The day following the GBs' various trips down into the metro tunnels was quiet and uneventful, which was a nice change considering. Unfortunately, it wouldn't stay that way. Sometime after midnight, they were jolted out of their beds by the phone ringing. Lola answered it and heard a man's voice:
Last night was the third session of my "Lovecraftian Ghostbusters" game. The session started with the GB getting a flyer from GBI Corporate inviting them to the first ever BusterCon in New York, to honor the retirement of founding Ghostbuster Dr. Peter Venkman. Among other events planned was one called "The Zoo," where all of the GBI franchises were invited to bring their most exotic captures for display in ghost Isolation Units (the big freezer-looking thing where Slimer hangs
I meant to post this last week, but I was sidelined by a trip to the U.K. -- oops! On the plus side, I got to interview Yoggie's own Paul of Cthulhu for my own podcast, woot! That should appear next Tuesday (shortstorygeeks.com for those interested).
