Agents Peter, Pascal and Patrick awaken to find themselves in a non-descript room facing a large, wall sized mirror. They are dressed in nothing but hospital robes and are handcuffed to chairs bolted to the floor. After a while a man in a dark suit and a guard in fatigues and carrying an L85 assault rifle enter the room. The guard stands by the door whilst the man in the suit walks past the agents. The agents finish reading the journal just before Agent Cyrus calls. They attempt to explain what has happened but he ends up collecting it for himself, telling them to get some room service and some sleep. The following morning they are awoken early by Caleb who asks them to join him at the airport. In a diner, he explains that he wants them to travel to the UK and perform reconnaissance on the chamber with the crystal and the statue, either from the Draig Ceg end or from the minehead at Eglwyollen.

After the slight disappointment of last session, this week went really well. The players seemed to be much more engaged with the game and I think they all enjoyed the slightly pulpier tone. They also all loved the opportunity to roleplay increasingly unstable characters with everyone getting in on the action.
