Beyond the Mountains of Madness, 2nd edition.

It hardly seems five years since I was writing about it being "five years since" - but time really does fly and today (29th January) marks the 10th anniversary of YSDC recording an RPG session and releasing it on the net. In fact that's ten years since anyone did such a thing.

Since then we've played through and recorded many games and campaigns and this anniversary sees us engaged in the epic Beyond the Mountains of Madness (2nd edition). In that time we've also released a DVD of recordings, a novelisation and hundreds of hours of roleplaying audio (for good or ill).

Thank you for sharing the fun at our table; it's been (and continues to be), a privilege.

On occasion I find small batches of the Lovecraftian Tales from the Table DVD and to mark the event I've put a number up for general sale again (for a month) over at the Innsmouth House shop.

No, thanks to YOU, the Bradford/Innsmouth House players, for sharing your games with us. I've had a lot of fun and learned a lot about the game by listening to your recordings.

Happy "10th birthday"" ! As someone who's wanted to play CofC for a long time but is only just getting a group together, your game recordings have filled the gap, shown how it's done and greatly amused and entertained. Please keep going, the podcasts are great and the Bradford Players have a fantastic chemistry which is a pleasure to listen to. Roll on your 20th!!

Huzzah for decisions that inexplicably didn't turn out to be very poor ones!

(Releasing audio recordings of yourselves playing RPGs on the internet, what were you thinking?! Or drinking!)

Listening to the Bradford/Innsmouth House Players recordings was probably the most instrumental factor in prompting me to take up the hobby again after about two decades of inactivity. Here's to the next ten years!

Happy anniversary! And congratulations on bringing an all new form of the hobby to fruition. I genuinely believe that Live Play audio will benefit roleplaying as a hobby for years to come.

Congratulations. I've been tuning in since 2007/8 I do believe. Happy to have caught the show when it was yog radio and listen to it evolve and change over time. Keep up the good work if you can. Thanks.
This feed wholeheartedly got me interested in finding my own group/players, running my own events and recording my own storytelling podcast so thank you indeed for the inspiration and creative boost. Oh and combined with the HP Podcraft Literarary podcast introduced me to Lovecraft scholarship and the never ending Tome of Joshi's I am Providence. (Now two chapters off finishing part 1). Winter reading only, started in 2010. My goodness the print is small, but it's fun to read actually.

As has been mentioned elewhere, the podcasts, both here and on other sites have been the inspiration for me to return to playing Call of Cthulhu. There is only one group responsible for starting this trend off, and in all honesty you are head and shoulders above most of your rivals in this field
