  2. Puppet Shows & Shadow Plays

    This week gaming was almost curtailed with the presence of Dave only. So very quickly I grabbed my newly printed copy of Delta Green and with some already genenrated characters I started "Puppet Shows & Shadow Plays."     We were up early to head for Leicester forContinuum, the convention sequel to Convulsion. The game can roughly be divided into three parts... Catching up with people -- old friends (Paula and Steve Dempsey, Mark Booth, and of all people, Madeline Eid!) and people you only meet at conventions.   4. Wednesday Night Cthulhu Campaign [Sesseions 3 & 4]

    Having travelled across the Arabian Peninsula by train and car, the quartet of investigators arrives at the port of Jidda. Here they take the opportunity to rest at the hotel. Maximilian Thorpe has other reasons to be in Jidda, as he is here at the invitation of his commanding officer during the Great War.   5. Wednesday Night Cthulhu Campaign

    After a long absence, we picked up my Call of Cthulhu campaign set in the years of the 1920s. It came off the rails somewhat with the scenario, “Thoth’s Dagger” from Curse of the Cthonians. This failed, and was too long for several reasons.
